  • Return Period: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, customized or personalized items, digital downloads, and any item marked as non-returnable on our website. Please check product descriptions before purchasing.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: To start a return, contact our customer support team at namahays@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  • Prepare Your Return: Securely package the items in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product. Include the return authorization number inside the package.
  • Ship the Return: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, item defective). Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the returned items.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: If the items are returned in a used, damaged, or altered state, only partial refunds may be granted. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may also be subject to a partial refund.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if applicable. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.
